2. Services and authorisation

All testing is performed only against systems you own or are contractually authorised to test, within a scope and testing window agreed in a signed Rules of Engagement. We require written authorisation before any testing begins. We do not test third-party systems without the documented permission of their owner.

3. Engagement scope

Deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined per engagement in a separate statement of work or proposal. Information on this website is for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client systems, data, and findings as confidential. Evidence is minimised, encrypted in transit and at rest, and retained only for the period agreed in the engagement, after which it is securely destroyed.

5. Acceptable use of this website

You may not use this website to attempt unauthorised access, disrupt service, or test our infrastructure without prior written authorisation. Security research should be reported via our Responsible Disclosure process.

6. Limitation of liability

Penetration testing reduces but does not eliminate security risk. Findings reflect the state of the tested systems during the testing window. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement.
